The Book of Life
John 3:16-21
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved
Matthew 12:30
He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad.
Revelation 20:11-15
11 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. 13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. 14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
What does all this mean? Jesus is the ONLY way to God! There is no other means to a successful end, no crystals, no allah, no science, power or spirit! To believe that is to be decieved by Satan and his angels! Those who believe, obey Jesus and overcome the enemy will have their names written in the Book of Life! It never sounds fun, but those whose names are NOT written in that book... well, they will suffer eternal torment in the lake of fire. Don't miss out on your chance! In my line of work I see people nearly everyday at the very end of their lives, it can happen in the blink of an eye at any age. Will you be ready to face your King and be held accountable by His rules if your time comes sooner than later?
