The Mark

There is only one time in all of scripture that a genetic anomaly was ever considered “good”. That was God as a human, Jesus. All other examples of genetically altered beings were not only evil, but so evil that God desired that they all be killed to complete extinction! During the antediluvian time period we know that there was genetic manipulation of humans and animals, none of which was approved, favored, or savable by God. All were evil and all had to be destroyed. As we begin to understand more about genetic manipulation we also are moving into a realm of changing internal body codes that I believe is the equivalent of erasing the handwriting of God and replacing it with something we deem as better, the handwriting of man. I want absolutely no part of this! This discussion is not even brought forth in many church discussions as there are often many non-supernatural/non-spiritual interpretations of the things discussed in Genesis 6, or of Og King of Bashan, Goliath, the Anakites, the Rephaim, and the giants in Canaan. Nor is the mention of this stuff in the Book of Jude that is quoting from the Book of Enoch often discussed or taken seriously. If you believe in the Bible, you have no choice but to deal with the topic of the “fallen ones” or Nephilim. We have ample historical record of things that match these Biblical hybrids. 

There is only one way to be saved from the guilt of your sins and that is the blood of Jesus. Jesus states that there is only one unforgivable sin and that is blasphemy or the villainization of the Spirit of God. That being said, a sin is something that you have a choice to make or not to make. There is another way to be unsavable, and it begins with a group that may not have any say in it. That is to be a strange creation of the union of something that God never approved of. There is absolutely a line of genetically altered beings that are not going to sit in the presence of God no matter how nice you may think they are (if you were to ever meet them). God gave a set of commands in the beginning to humanity. I believe that those commands are still just as much in effect today as they were the day He made them; be fruitful, multiply, subdue, and have dominion. This was all to be done in the ways that He had set forth as appropriate. This process was disturbed by the sinful and willful rebellion of men, as well as by the angels who left their estate to do something very evil with humanity. Arguably they created a new seed that is mentioned in the Genesis 3 curse. There is a seed of God and a seed of Satan that is mentioned here. This was evidenced throughout the Old AND the New Testaments. It has also very arguably been covered up as conspiracy in the past 200+ years since the rise of the teaching of evolution has been stirred to disprove God. These beings are NOT redeemable any more than Satan himself does NOT have the ability to repent of his sins against God to be redeemed! Now I add a third group… those who choose to genetically manipulate themselves either because they believe modern science will fix and protect them, or because they were manipulated in to choosing a genetic fix by the masses and their fear tactics. In Revelation 13 it speaks of the notorious “mark of the beast”. There has been a lot of speculation as to what this is. I have my personal ideas but they do not matter in this discussion. Let's take this the scripture at face value.  

Revelation 13:15-18 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.

First, note that the image of the beast will speak and have authority to actually kill those who do not submit and obey. So we have that going for us! We will likely be killed before this is mandated on us anyhow. Next, ALL PEOPLE, will get marked. This mark will be a requirement for buying and selling… Period. 

Revelation 14:9-11 Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”

So, in the end… if you take the mark, whatever it may be, that person is unsavable, and will NOT be redeemed by the blood of Jesus. 

Biblical Ways to not be Saved

1) Refuse to give your life to Jesus.

2) Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.

3) Nephilim modification of human genetics of one form or another.

4) Allowing oneself to receive the “mark” of the beast.
